Hello!This is Raleu, and I am thrilled that our paths have crossed. I want to share with you a snippet of my journey and invite you to be a part of it. My artistic journey began with watercolor illustrations. Nestled in the bustling metropolis of Istanbul while pursuing my master’s degree, I escaped from the chaos of the city and found peace in my creative zone, cocoon. There, I delved into creating simple yet poignant illustrations—drawing cuddle animals , and scenes from the everyday predicaments life threw my way.

I began transforming these illustrations into tangible products, which found their homes in Istanbul’s vibrant pop art stores, quaint cafes, and cozy bookstores. These were wonderful times, spanning from 2015 to 2018, before the pandemic altered everything. During pandemic, I moved to the Netherlands. The sweeping changes brought by the pandemic turned me more into an observer than an active illustrator.

As time passed while I worked as a landscape designer, a realization dawned on me—there was more I yearned to create. This epiphany marked the rebirth of Raleu in the picturesque lowlands. This is where we are today, but this journey is far from over. I will keep sharing updates and stories with you all. Stay tuned!
